30 Day What?

Today, I started the 30 Day Shred.
I will do the shred EVERY DAY for 30 days. 
Yes, even on my birthday. Which is next month.

I will post my progress so in order to have progress we must have a beginning.
So, here it is....

Bust 43.5"
Waist 38.5"
Hips 49.5"
Thigh 29"
Biceps 15.5"

I decided to start this 30 Day Shred journey because everytime I take my son to the daycare at the gym he cries hysterically for the entire time I am there.  Now, he cries when I pull into the lot.  I am hoping that doing this at home, in addition to sneaking off to the gym can get me back to One-derland, and allow my son a little more time for maturing.    Here's hoping.
